As part of the Degree in Social Work, students are required to complete two assessed practice learning opportunities (placements). Degree students are required to be assessed by a qualified Practice Educator. Learning Network West provide an award at (SCQF) level 10 The Professional Development Award in Practice Learning (ss) (PDAPL).
This award will offer training and a professional qualification for those who wish to become a Practice Educator. Applicants should hold a Degree in Social Work or an equivalent qualification to apply for this qualification
