Application Pack for PDAPL Cohort 24
Thank you for your interest in joining Cohort 24 of the Professional Development for Advanced Practice Leaders (PDAPL) programme. To begin the application process, please download the application pack provided below. We kindly request that you utilise the forms included in this pack exclusively.

Submission Details
All completed applications must be returned directly to PDAPLsubmit@westlearn.org.uk. Please note that applications sent to individual email addresses within LNW will be redirected to the aforementioned dedicated email address. This streamlined process aims to prevent any loss or duplication of applications.
Application deadline
The closing date for applications is Monday, 24th June 2024.
Important Information
Please be aware that attendance at Taught Days is mandatory for all applicants. Failure to attend these sessions may affect your learning experience and progression within the programme.

We have observed instances where participants were unable to attend Taught Days with their designated cohort, leading to a less optimal learning experience. We encourage all applicants to prioritise attendance at the scheduled sessions to maximise the benefits of the programme.
Assessor Requirement
In the PDAPL Agency Reference form, please ensure that you designate an Assessor from your agency. Agencies are requested to confirm a suitable Assessor at the time of application. Please note that agencies are responsible for providing or covering the costs associated with the Assessor's participation.
